Mr. Brown has advised clients engaged in reviewing their information technology systems for data breaches and security. He has advised U.S. and foreign clients on procedures and handbooks in planning for potential security breaches. In his litigation practice he has prosecuted claims against his client's former employees and customers for breach of security, theft of personally identifiable information and theft of trade secrets. In his transactional practice he has drafted cloud computing services agreements and terms specifically dealing with data security and procedures for customer verification of security standards.
